Dedicating more than 30 years to a career in financial services, John shares his vast knowledge and experience in the industry through the education he provides his clients while building their investment strategies. Having held various positions and roles with financial services firms, it was not until he began working with advisors and their clients that John found his passion in the industry was helping people. Whether working with clients on saving for retirement, funding higher education or protection planning, John’s approach is simple; help people create a balance between today and retirement.
John began his career in 1982 working on the trading desk of a large institutional securities clearing firm. After spending many years learning the various aspects of financial services, John ultimately found himself at MetLife. While there, he worked with the top 10% of a sales force of more than 13,000, assisting them in developing strategies for their clients. In 2008, John joined an independent registered investment advisory firm where he began building his wealth management practice as a financial advisor. He was introduced to the 403(b) market in 2013, quickly recognizing that he could help those people who work in and serve the communities around him. Today, the public school retirement planning market remains his forte as he continues to build his practice with ABMM Financial.
John was born and raised in Northern New Jersey where he still lives today with his 5 children. He graduated from Dominican College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. John is an avid runner and has competed in and completed 10 marathons. He actively volunteers his time in his community and church.
